WHO ARE WE?

What We’re All About

Bele Brownies is a little take away cake shop situated in the Peak District, in a small village called New Mills in Derbyshire. We pride ourselves on serving fantastic, on trend flavours. 
As the name suggests, we specialise in Brownies, with at least eight different varieties on show each week. We also produce talked about New York Cookies, Cookie Dough products, HUGE Cookie Pies and the infamous Bele Cheesecakes. Our menu changes weekly and we love experimenting with hybrid flavours, such as lemon meringue blondies, peanut butter bakewell slices and more!
We also try and be as inclusive as possible, and pride ourselves on regularly baking Gluten Free and Vegan options.
Our team provide an excellent, friendly service and create top quality, imaginative and delicious baked treats for your pleasure.
We post out Brownies and Blondies across the UK so even if you can't make it to us, our treats can make it to you!
Not only do we sell individual cakes on the counter, we also make birthday and celebration cakes, including wedding cakes. Please see our weddings section for more info on these.
